Materials:

Size G (4mm) crochet hook

Poly Fil

Approximate yardage for 4 colored rainbow:

Color A 20 yards

Color B 23 yards

Color C 29 yards

Color D 34 yards

I suggest a Worsted or Sport Weight yarn. For these color rainbows I enjoyed using I Love This Cotton sold at Hobby Lobby.

Rainbow size:

Approximately 8” tall x 9” at its widest point

Pattern notes:

This is a great pattern to use up some of your leftover stash of yarn! Have fun with different yarn textures and sizes! Depending on the size of yarn you decide to use, this crochet pillow will differ in size slightly. A thicker yarn will result in a little bit larger rainbow, while if you use a Sport weight yarn the rainbow will be a little smaller. The same applies to needle size. The larger the needle, the larger your stitches will be and the larger the rainbow will end up. Choose what works the best for you!
