Description

This is an intermediate level crochet pattern (digital PDF!!). It uses a stitch combination of half double crochets and yarn over slip stitches, and it is worked vertically starting at the center back. There are three different versions of the top: A, B and C, all with identical fronts but different backs. It can be made in one solid color or multiple colors, you choose! I made one top over two days (size S) where I crocheted almost continuously, so it works up pretty fast!

Version A: same back as front, the version with the most coverage

Version B: racerback, straps separate then meeting

Version C: open, low back, straight straps

Sizes:

This is a graded pattern, meaning that there are already predetermined sizes. However, the length of the top is really easy to customize. The sizes available are XS-5XL which corresponds to bust sizes 71-158 cm or 28-62 inches.

Gauge: 10×10 cm or 4×4 inches = 28 sts x 20 rows

Materials needed:

• Crochet hook 3.00 mm (or hook needed to meet gauge)

• Cotton or cotton blend yarn, fingering weight.

o For sizes XS,S,M,L,XL,2XL,3XL,4XL,5XL

you will need 100,150,150,200,250,300,300,350,350 g (approximately)

o Suggestions: Rainbow 8/4 Cotton from Hobbii, or Mandarin from Sandnes Garn

• Measuring tape

• Scissors

• Yarn needle to weave in ends

• Blocking board/towel and pins

• Elastic band (optional)
